ScoreKeep Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of ScoreKeep, a score-keeping app run by AI Eh By Solutions, a Canadian company ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using ScoreKeep you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ScoreKeep.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google, with Apple (when offered) or with an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.
  • New accounts must be approved by a ScoreKeep administrator before they can be used. We may decline, suspend or remove an account, for example to protect the service or other users, or if these terms are broken.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen or at /delete-account.

Using ScoreKeep

  • ScoreKeep is for keeping track of games and scores among people you play with. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
  • Only enter information about other people (such as player names) that they are comfortable sharing with your table.
  • ScoreKeep records scores and amounts that players agree to track. It does not handle money, and we are not a party to any arrangement between players. You are responsible for making sure any game you play is legal where you play it.

Your content

Game data you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so ScoreKeep can work for you and the people at your table.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ScoreKeep running and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may change, suspend or stop features or the service. If we stop the service, we will tell users in the app in advance where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AI Eh By Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from scores, records or amounts shown in ScoreKeep, and our total liability to you for any claim about ScoreKeep is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (ScoreKeep is currently free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users in the app. If you keep using ScoreKeep after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law and contact
